Seniors from Los Angeles high schools got a first-hand look at what happens at a college newsroom and radio station Friday.

More than 500 students from 11 LAUSD schools visited Pierce College for “Explore Pierce.” Groups of students stopped by the newsroom where editors of the Roundup and Bull Magazine shared their stories. The high school students also got a hands-on experience with the microphones and headsets in the KPCRadio.com station.
