The Media Arts Department has two clubs run by students, with faculty advisement.
Cinema Club
The Cinema Club launched in 2010 and has sponsored film festivals and other activities. They meet twice a month and any enrolled student at Pierce College who has paid the ASO fees can join the club, not just cinema majors. Radio Club
The Radio Club meets twice a month to help promote and improve the Pierce College radio station, KPCRadio.com. If you are interested, contact Jeff Favre at [email protected]
Photography Club
The Photography Club organizes a Photo Salon twice a year to showcase student work, including studio works and photojournalism. The club is not currently active, but if you are interested in starting this club back up again, please contact Jill Connelly.
