The Pierce College Media Arts Department hosted a virtual awards ceremony on May 29, recognizing work by print, broadcast, documentary and screenwriting students.

It was the first time the banquet, which is usually held at Maggiano’s at the conclusion of fall and spring semesters, was hosted online. While broadcasting on Zoom, Jill Connelly, Jeff Favre, Tracie Savage and Ken Windrum awarded students for their work throughout the spring. Awards were determined by media professionals working in the industry.
